Trip to Colorado

We went to Denver the week before school started so the boys and I could meet some old friends of Jaime's. We had a blast. Went down to the Springs and went to the Garden of the Gods, went to Estes Park and hiked in the Rocky Mountains National Park, went up to Mt. Evans and saw snow, and stopped at some little resort town and the boys rode the go-carts, "bungee" jumped and we got to ride the ski lift to the top of the mountain for lunch.
Here's a chipmunk on our hike in Estes Park. The boys just loved it. They actually took about 5 or 6 pictures, but I thought one would be enough to show on here!

The boys about halfway up the trail. I can't even tell you how many pictures we got of them standing on rocks. We told Sammy we were going to name this vacation "Sammy on a rock" trip.
